Non-Defective
For any product that is not defective or damage a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Fill out the WCP RMA form and note non-defective return. See the RMA instructions.

Defective
Products being returned under warranty, fill out the RMA. See RMA instructions.

Damage
If the product received is damage during shipping contact WCP in a timely manner. If the package is accepted and damage occurred, it is the responsibility of the recipient to file the claim with UPS. Please take pictures of the packaging and damage product. If you are unable to resolve the issue please contact WCP sales for assistance.

All returns will be inspected by Wagler Competition before credit is issued. All parts being returned must be in their unopened original package with all paperwork and instructions. The Serial numbers must match the items sold. Custom order Parts are not able to be returned. No refunds will be issued on installed parts. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase and contain the RMA information.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
An RMA number is required to return any product. Fill out the RMA form located here. Once the form has been submitted, you will be contacted with an RMA number. Make sure the RMA information is included with the return.
Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton. Do not mark directly on the product packaging only on the outer carton. All returnable items must be received with in the 30 days of purchase and meet the guidelines of the return policy.
Upon receipt of the rerun Wagler Competition will inspect the product and issue a refund accordingly to Wagler Competitions refund & restocking fee policy. Refunds or in store credit can take up to 10 days processing.
RMA numbers are only good for 30 days

Custom Orders
Required a nonrefundable 1/2 down to begin the order. The down payment is used to order the material for the customized product therefore if the customer backs out of the order at any time the money will not be refunded.

Restocking Policy
For any product that is not defective or damage a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any products refused at shipping with no damage issues.
